Today I have learned to move forward in healing my past pains. I have created a safety plan for myself. I am happy to share my thoughts, we both can learn together to become healthy in our minds and souls.
Sadness is real, sometimes all we can do is cry about things that hurt the most. Is it ok to cry?
I catch myself crying more than usual. So much is wrong , have I gone too far in my sadness. Have I lost myself in the clouds?
IS THERE TIME FOR ME !
